- Follow up problem and obstacle before last week 1.
Steel door will
deliver on 28th Feb 2020. 2.
Plywood door will
deliver on 8th March 2020. 3.
KJKs deliver is
waiting the payment 30%. 4.
Ceiling 15F,16F is
waiting approval from Nordic. It is obstacle on site. 5.
Mirror, we will
install after marble of lavatory finished. 6.
Mosquito net will
install after louver installation on the back site. 7.
For the edge of
roof, we are waiting the fabrication from Fuxin, ASMA just approved the shop
drawing the additional price. |

- Last week work progress 1.
For slab basement,
we already casted concrete. 2.
For basement pit,
we already casted concrete 3.
For retaining wall
in front, we already casted concrete. 4.
For plastering
brick wall external, we already complete 90%, it remained only section of
hoist. 5.
For painting, we
already apply second coat from 2F to 15F. 6.
We already made
brick wall demolition 12F, 13F, 15F. 7.
We completed louver
for back site 50%. 8.
We made ceiling
installation for the missing part. 9.
We already
installed handrail for balcony from 2nd to 15F. |

- Next week work schedule 1.
We will cast
concrete for slab of fresh water tanks on 29th Feb 2020. 2.
We will cast
concrete for slab of ramp on 29th Feb 2020. 3.
We will cast
concrete for the remaining slab ground on 5th March 2020. 4.
We will cast
concrete for retaining wall for the left and back site on 7th
March 2020. 5.
We will complete
louver on the back site on 19th March 2020. 6.
We will finish the
edge of roof revised the size by Asma on 11th March 2020. 7.
We will start brick
wall installation on basement on 29th Feb 2020. 8.
We will install the
small handrail for glass door AW-03 on 29th Feb 2020. 9.
We will install
marble for lavatory on 1st March 2020. 10.
We will start
finish second coat for balcony on 29th March 2020. 11.
We will start
exterior painting on 2nd March 2020. 12.
We are installing
access panel for ceiling and make rectification for the missing part. 13.
We are installing
ceiling 17F. 14.
We will finish
handrail painting on 7th March 2020. |

- Problem and obstacle of the week and others 1. We need the head office pay the money for supplier KJKS
for delivery material on site to make installation. 2. We would like head office follow up Fuxin to make edge
fabrication 3. We would like head office help to follow up Nordic to
approved ceiling 15F,16F. |

5 - Resolution, proposal & recommendation To
progress the work effectively, we would like the material on site as soon as
possible. |
