👉 អ្នកគិតរូប “គិតទិស និងសម្រេចចិត្ត”

🎯 Responsibility:

• Lead design concept (high-level)
• Final approval (design + direction)
• Client relationship (important clients)
• Review company performance (weekly/monthly)
• Decision (pricing, strategy, hiring)

❗មិនត្រូវធ្វើ:

• Draft drawing detail
• Follow up task រាល់ថ្ងៃ
• Site detail

📐 2. Hout – Technical Lead + Admin/Finance

👉 គាត់ “ខួរក្បាលបច្ចេកទេស + drawing system”

🎯 Responsibility:

• Drawing accuracy
• BOQ / estimation
• Support design feasibility

• Record income/expense (daily)
• Keep receipts
