3.1 Morning (Before work)
- Check attendance and assign tasks to foremen/workers.
- Review today’s activities with site engineer.
- Ensure materials and tools are available.
- Conduct toolbox talk (safety + quality).
3.2 During Work
- Monitor productivity and workmanship.
- Control manpower distribution per activity.
- Coordinate equipment usage (crane, mixer, pump, etc.).
- Keep site clean and organized.
- Immediately report problems to PM/Site Engineer.
3.3 End of Day
- Confirm completed work quantities.
- Prepare manpower and material needs for tomorrow.
- Report issues, delays, and accidents (if any).
- Secure site before leaving.
