Project Lifecycle SOP

3.1 Pre-Construction

  • Review contract, drawings, BOQ, scope.
  • Prepare project execution plan.
  • Approve budget and baseline schedule.
  • Assign roles (Site Eng, QS, Foreman).

3.2 Construction

  • Lead weekly coordination meetings.
  • Monitor progress vs schedule.
  • Control cost and approve VO.
  • Ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • Resolve site issues and conflicts.

3.3 Close-Out

  • Confirm completion & punch list.
  • Approve final account.
  • Prepare handover documents.
  • Close contracts and lessons learned.
