- Prepare project execution plan.
- Approve budget and baseline schedule.
- Assign roles (Site Eng, QS, Foreman).
3.2 Construction
- Lead weekly coordination meetings.
- Monitor progress vs schedule.
- Control cost and approve VO.
- Ensure quality and safety compliance.
