3.1 Morning (Before work starts)
- Review today’s tasks, drawings, and method statement.
- Check manpower, tools, and materials availability.
- Safety briefing / toolbox talk with team.
- Confirm level/axis reference and set-out points (if needed).
3.2 During the day (Execution + control)
- Supervise work sequence and workmanship quality.
- Check key checkpoints: rebar, formwork, embedments, MEP sleeves.
- Coordinate with subcontractors (MEP, finishing, steel, etc.).
- Record issues, changes, and site instructions.
- Control material usage and request re-order early.
3.3 End of day (Close + report)
- Measure completed work and update progress %.
- Take photos (before/after + hidden works).
- Update daily site report (DSR): manpower, weather, work done, issues.
- Plan tomorrow’s work and material needs.

Inspection checkpoints for common work
- Rebar: diameter, spacing, lap length, cover, hooks, cleanliness.
- Formwork: line/level, tightness, bracing, openings, release agent.
- Concrete: mix grade, slump (if required), vibration, curing, cube samples (if used).
- Masonry: line/level, mortar mix, verticality, wall ties, openings.
- Waterproofing: surface prep, overlaps, termination, flood test (where applicable).
- Finishing: surface flatness, alignment, bonding, grout/paint quality.
Rule: No pouring / no covering works until inspection is OK.

- Enforce PPE (helmet, safety shoes, vest, gloves as needed).
- Check scaffolding and working-at-height protection.
- Control electrical safety: grounding, cables, temporary power box.
- Keep site clean (housekeeping) to prevent trip hazards.
- Stop unsafe work immediately and report to PM/GC.
Stop Work Authority: If unsafe, stop and fix first.

- Submit monthly progress summary to PM/Client (if required).
- Update material forecast + subcontract schedule.
