Article 18 Construction progress and Arising
because of extension of construction progress.
If PARTY B construction does not guarantee the schedules as required schedule by Party A as following:
- PARTY B have to install all scope of works within 2.5days (two and half days) per floor after Party A informed 3 days before.
- PARTY B have to completed, Stressing and Grouting injected within 4 days, after Party A confirmed PARTY B to start, and PARTY B have to submit all documents and working reports after 1 day.
- PARTY B cannot complete the above process of work; PARTY A will count the delayed and apply the penalty to PARTY B.
- PARTY B shall pay a penalty of 0.2% of Contract Value (USD)/ calendar day (for 1 delayed day), and the total value for this penalty does not exceed 10% of the total contract value.
Note :
This schedule must be complied by all parties, if there is any case or
changing schedule by MC or other Parties .It may
affect to the site scheduled, PARTY B is not responsible for penalty.

If PARTY B construction does not guarantee the schedules as required schedule by Party A as following:
- PARTY B have to install all install tendon works within 2.5days (two and half days) per floor.
Note :
PARTY B have only 2.5days (Two and half day) to finish its installation work prior to lead Party A can implement top rebar floor slab. For 2.5days (Two and half day) can be count unless PARTY B confirmed for its work able to start and implement at actual construction site due to work of PARTY A is suitable, reasonable and available for PARTY B to implement its work too.
If PARTY B work take longer than 2.5days cause of PARTY A work at actual construction site is not suitable, finished that it is not available to lead PARTY B implement and finish its work. It's not considered point to put responsibility to PARTY B and get penalty. Incase MC delay schedule over 2 date. Party B will not response for delay.
- PARTY B have to completed, Stressing and Grouting injected within the days as below, The detail plan as below:
- MC Finished casting concrete floor slab at day 1ST
- MC finished removing formwork at concrete slab edge at day 2ND
- Namcong finished remove recess former and install anchor-block at day 3RD
- TDC should test concrete at day 3.5RD
- Namcong shall start stressing work at day 4TH (If concrete reach its strength for stressing work ) and finish stressing work at day 5TH
- Namcong finished cutting extruding strand and fill mortar at day 6TH
- Namcong shall finish grouting work at day 7TH AND 8TH
- PARTY B shall pay a penalty of 0.20% of Contract Value (USD)/ calendar day (for 1 delayed day), and the total value for this penalty does not exceed 10% of the total contract value.
- PARTY B has to finish and submit all documents and working reports after 1 day.
Master Schedule Casting Concrete Timeline as below :
Master schedule shall be prepare by Main constructor (MC) and provide to Party B (Site team) for all floor.
Detail schedule of each floor (next floor) shall be prepare by MC and provide to Party B after finished casting concrete this floor at day 2nd.

if there is any case or changing schedule by MC or other Parties. It may affect
