1. 🔔 Urgent = “Needs attention NOW”

  • Time pressure is the key
  • If you don’t act immediately → delay/problem happens

👉 Example (construction):

  • Worker calls: “Concrete truck arrived, we must pour now”
  • Client calls you repeatedly
  • Water leak happening right now

✅ Focus: speed
❌ Not always important


2. ⭐ Priority = “More important than others”

  • It’s about ranking tasks
  • You choose what comes first

👉 Example:

You decide:
