🎯 1. OBJECTIVE

Build a strong internal standard so that:

  • You value yourself
  • Others naturally respect you
  • You make decisions based on principles, not pressure

👉 Self-respect = You don’t betray yourself


🧩 2. CORE PRINCIPLES

1. Keep Your Word (to yourself first)

  • If you say “I will wake up at 6” → you must do it
  • Broken promises = weak identity

👉 Rule: No small lies to yourself


2. Set Boundaries

  • Don’t accept disrespect from:

    • Clients
    • Workers
    • Friends

👉 If you allow it once → it becomes your standard


3. Accept Responsibility

  • No blaming:

    • Team
    • Economy
    • Situation

👉 Self-respect grows when you say:
“This is my responsibility to fix.”


4. Improve Yourself Daily

  • Learn (skills, business, language)
  • Train (discipline, focus)

👉 Growth = proof you respect your future self


5. Control Your Emotions

  • Don’t react emotionally on site or in meetings
  • Stay calm, think, then act

👉 Power = control, not anger


⚙️ 3. DAILY SYSTEM (ACTION PLAN)

Morning (Start Strong)

  • Wake up on time
  • Plan your top 3 tasks
  • Tell yourself:
    👉 “Today I act like a high-value person”

During Work (Site / Business)

  • Speak clearly and confidently
  • Don’t accept unclear instructions
  • Say “No” when needed

Example:

  • ❌ Weak: “Okay, maybe I try…”
  • ✅ Strong: “This is not possible under current condition.”

Decision Filter (Very Important)

Before any action, ask:

  1. Does this align with my values?
  2. Will I respect myself after this?
  3. Am I doing this out of fear or strength?

Night (Reflection)

  • What did I do well?
  • Where did I lose self-respect?
  • What will I fix tomorrow?

Tool 1: “Respect or Regret” Rule

Before action:
👉 “Will I respect this choice later or regret it?”


Tool 2: “Say Less, Do More”

  • Don’t talk too much
  • Show results

  • Don’t reduce price without reason
  • Respect your value

With Team:

  • Lead by example
  • If you are disciplined → team follows

  • % of promises kept
  • Number of times you said “No” correctly
