SOP: Decisive Mode — Strong System
Meaning
Decisive Mode means:
You do not wait, overthink, or stay confused.
You use a clear system to decide, act, and improve.
1. Purpose
To help me make decisions faster, stronger, and with less stress.
2. Rule
A weak mind waits for perfect clarity.
A strong system creates clarity by action.
3. Decisive Mode Formula
D = Define
What is the real decision?
Example:
“I need to choose the contractor price today.”
E = Evidence
What facts do I already have?
Ask:
What do I know?
What is missing?
What is the risk?
C = Choose
Pick the best option now.
Do not ask 20 people.
Use facts, experience, and purpose.
I = Implement
Take action immediately.
Decision without action is only thinking.
D = Deadline
Every decision must have a time limit.
Small decision: 5–15 minutes
Medium decision: same day
Big decision: 1–3 days
E = Evaluate
After action, review the result.
Ask:
What worked?
What failed?
What should I improve next time?
4. Strong Decision Rules
No endless thinking.
No waiting for perfect information.
No changing decision too many times.
Decide with 70% clarity, then act.
Improve after action.
5. Daily Practice
Every morning ask:
What decision must I make today?
What action must I take today?
What problem must I stop delaying?
