🔧 4. DAILY LEADERSHIP SYSTEM (SITE PRACTICE)
🏗️ A. Morning Brief (5–10 min)
Say this:
- “Today our goal is…”
- “Any problem from yesterday?”
- “What support do you need?”
👉 Focus: direction + support (not control)
👀 B. Site Walk (Observation Mode)
Do NOT:
- ❌ Immediately criticize
- ❌ Show anger
Do:
- ✅ Observe first
- ✅ Ask before judging
Example:
- “Why did we do it this way?”
- “Is there any issue here?”
👉 You collect facts, not emotions
🗣️ C. Correction Method (No Ego)
Use this structure:
- State the issue (neutral)
- “This beam alignment is off”
- “It will affect finishing later”
- “Let’s fix it now before concrete”
👉 No shouting. No embarrassment.
🤝 D. Decision Making
Instead of:

Say:

🔴 Avoid THESE phrases:
- “Why are you so slow?”
- “You always make mistakes”
- “Just follow my order”
- “You don’t understand anything”
🧠 6. EGO CHECK SYSTEM (SELF-CONTROL)
Ask yourself daily:
- Am I reacting or thinking?
- Do I want to be right or be effective?
- Did I listen before I speak?
- Did I help the team improve today?
👉 If answer = NO → adjust immediately
⚠️ 7. WHEN PROBLEM HAPPENS (CRITICAL MOMENT SOP)
🚫 Don’t:
- Shout
- Blame
- Panic
✅ Do:
- Pause (5 seconds)
- Understand cause
- Solve problem
- Review after
