វិធីសាស្រ្ត 5S (រៀបចំកន្លែងការងារ)
5S ជាប្រព័ន្ធអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កន្លែងធ្វើការរបស់ជប៉ុន ដែលមានគោលបំណងបង្កើន ប្រសិទ្ធភាព, ប្រសិទ្ធផល និង សុវត្ថិភាព។ វាជាគ្រឹះសម្រាប់ Lean ហើយតែងតែជាជំហានដំបូងដែលអង្គការអនុវត្ត។
ឈ្មោះ “5S” មកពីពាក្យជប៉ុន ៥ គត់៖ Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke.
ស្តុម្ព 5S
Seiri តម្រៀប (Sort)
បែងចែករបស់របរដែល ចាំបាច់ និង មិនចាំបាច់—យកអ្វីដែលមិនចាំបាច់ចេញ (ឧ. red-tagging), កាត់បន្ថយភាពរញ៉េរញ៉ៃ និងងាយរកអ្វីដែលត្រូវការ។
Seiton រៀបចំ (Set in Order)
គោលការណ៍ “របស់គ្រប់យ៉ាងមានកន្លែងរបស់វា ហើយត្រូវនៅកន្លែងរបស់វា”។ ប្រើស្លាក សញ្ញាវិជ្ជមាន និងពណ៌កូដ ឲ្យងាយយក-ដាក់វិញ។
Seiso សម្អាត (Shine)
សម្អាតជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ ដូចជាការត្រួតពិនិត្យស្ថានភាព ឲ្យរកឃើញបញ្ហាជាមុន (ប្រេងជ្រាប ភាគរយរលុង ជាដើម) មុនពេលក្លាយជាបញ្ហាធំ។
Seiketsu ស្តង់ដារ (Standardize)
កំណត់នីតិវិធីសាមញ្ញ (Checklists, Schedule, Visual Management) ដើម្បីរក្សា តម្រៀប-រៀបចំ-សម្អាត ឲ្យមានចីរភាព។
Shitsuke ថែទាំ (Sustain)
បង្កើតវិន័យ និងវប្បធម៌ ធ្វើជាប្រព័ន្ធ តាមរយៈបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងអូឌីតជាប្រចាំ ដើម្បីរក្សាតម្លៃ 5S ឲ្យបានយូរ។
អត្ថប្រយោជន៍នៃ 5S
- បង្កើនផលិតភាព៖ កាត់បន្ថយពេលស្វែងរក ឧបករណ៍/សម្ភារៈ និងលំហូរងាយស្រួល។
- សុវត្ថិភាពប្រសើរ៖ ក្រុមហ៊ុនស្អាត និងមានសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់បន្ថយគ្រោះថ្នាក់។
- កាត់បន្ថយការខ្ជះខ្ជាយ៖ ចលនា-ពេលវេលា-ស្តុកក្លាយជាមានតម្លៃ។
- កម្ចីស្មារតីក្រុម៖ កន្លែងធ្វើការដែលល្អ ធ្វើឲ្យមន្ត្រីមានមោទនភាព និងទំនួលខុសត្រូវ។
- គុណភាពល្អប្រសើរ៖ កំហុសកាត់បន្ថយ ព្រោះបញ្ហាមើលឃើញបានឆាប់។
- គ្រឹះសម្រាប់ Kaizen៖ 5S ដើម្បីបន្តទៅលើ Lean ផ្សេងៗ។

What is 5S?
5S is a workplace organization methodology that creates a more efficient, effective, and safe work environment. It’s foundational to lean manufacturing and is often the first lean method organizations implement.
The name comes from five Japanese words: Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke.
The Five Pillars
Seiri Sort
Separate necessary from unnecessary items and remove clutter (e.g., red-tagging) so what you need is easy to find.
Seiton Set in Order
“A place for everything, and everything in its place.” Use labels, outlines, and color-coding for fast access and return.
Seiso Shine
Clean as an inspection process to spot issues early (leaks, looseness, abnormalities) before they escalate.
Seiketsu Standardize
Create simple standards (checklists, schedules, visual management) to maintain Sort-Set-Shine consistently.
Shitsuke Sustain
Build discipline and culture through training and regular audits so 5S becomes a long-term habit.
