Purpose:
Build a strong, professional, and reliable team that works with discipline, responsibility, and consistency—every day at 8AM standard.


1. Core Principle

“Discipline first → Performance follows.”

No discipline =
❌ Delay
❌ Mistake
❌ Low quality
❌ Weak team

Strong discipline =
✅ Fast work
✅ High quality
✅ Clear communication
✅ Strong reputation


2. 8AM Standard (Golden Rule)

Be ready BEFORE 8:00 AM

This means:

  • Arrive early (7:45–7:55 AM)

  • Wear proper uniform / PPE

  • Know your task

  • Prepare tools & materials

👉 8:00 AM = Start working, not start arriving


3. Daily Discipline Flow

Arrive → Check-in → Briefing → Execute → Report → Review


4. Morning Discipline System

A. Check-In (Attendance Control)

  • Record time (Telegram / Sheet / App)

  • Late = record + warning

  • No excuse without reason


B. Morning Briefing (5–10 minutes)

Supervisor must:

  • Explain today’s tasks

  • Show drawings / details
