🎯 1. OBJECTIVE (Goal)

Control your team without force, using:

  • Clear system
  • Strong communication
  • Respect + discipline

🧱 2. CORE PRINCIPLE

🔑 Rule 1: Control SYSTEM, not PEOPLE

  • Don’t shout ❌
  • Don’t force ❌
  • Build system ✅

👉 Example:

  • ❌ “Why you slow?”
  • ✅ “Today target = finish beam by 4PM”

🔑 Rule 2: Clear > Smart

If instruction not clear → team will fail

👉 Always say:

  • What to do
  • Where

If you respect workers → they follow you

Say this every day:

👉 Example:

  • Finish before 3PM
  • Team leader: Dara

🕛 Midday Check (12:00)

Ask 3 questions:

  • Are we on time?
  • Any problem?
  • Need support?

🧾 Tool 1: Task Board (Simple)

Write on board or Telegram:

  • Today Tasks
  • Worker name
  • Status (Done / Not Done)

📱 Tool 2: Telegram Group (Your case)

Use your team chat:

  • Send daily plan
  • Send photo update
  • Confirm work done

👉 Rule:
“No update = not done”


📸 Tool 3: Photo Control

Every task must have:

  • Before photo
  • During
  • After

👉 This = real control (no lying)


🧠 5. HOW TO HANDLE PROBLEMS

❌ Worker slow

Don’t say:

  • “You are lazy”

Say:

  • “We need finish this by 3PM, what problem?”

❌ Worker make mistake

System:

  4. Make him repeat

❌ Worker not listen

Step:
