Design & Analysis → Shop Drawing → Review → Approval → Construction
Shop Drawing = Detail/Working drawing សម្រាប់សាងសង់ និង fabrication (BBS/Formwork)។

📌 ដំណាក់កាល SOP (Step-by-step)

1️⃣ Input Preparation (Engineer in Charge) ▾

ឯកសារដែលត្រូវមាន (Inputs)

• ✅ Structural Design Drawing (Approved / Latest revision)
• ✅ Calculation summary (Moment/Shear/Rebar concept)
• ✅ Architectural drawings (Latest)
• ✅ MEP layout (openings, sleeves, embeds)
• ✅ Design codes / specs (ACI / BS / Eurocode ឬ Spec គម្រោង)

Rule: Shop Drawing មិនត្រូវផ្លាស់ប្តូរ Design intent (បើត្រូវប្ដូរ → RFI/Design change request)។

2️⃣ Shop Drawing Production (Detailer / Engineer) ▾

ត្រូវបង្ហាញលម្អិត (Must show)

• Beam / Column / Slab rebar layout (Top/Bottom/Extra bars)
• Bar size, spacing, layer & direction
• Lap splice / Anchorage length / Development (per code/spec)
• Hook / Bend detail (shape, angle, length)
• Concrete cover (slab/beam/column/footing per requirement)
• Section & elevation (cut view) + dimension & level
• Openings, embeds, inserts, starter bars / dowels
• Clash check with Architecture/MEP (សំខាន់ណាស់)

Outputs

• 🧱 Rebar Shop Drawings (AFC-ready)
• 📋 Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) / Cutting list
• 📐 Formwork layout (បើគម្រោងត្រូវការ)

Golden rule: Drawing = Site អាចសាងសង់បាន ដោយមិនចាំបាច់សួរច្រើន។

3️⃣ Internal Check (Checker / Senior Engineer) ▾

Checklist ត្រួតពិនិត្យ (Internal QA/QC)

• ☐ Rebar qty/sizes សមស្របជាមួយ design requirement
• ☐ Lap/anchorage length ត្រឹម code/spec
• ☐ Clear spacing OK (មិនអោយកកស្ទះដែក / congested)
• ☐ Cover correct (យោងតាម spec/standard)
• ☐ No clash with openings/MEP/architecture
• ☐ Dimensions readable, consistent units (mm), sections clear
• ☐ Notes, bar marks, and references complete

ក្បួនសំខាន់: “No check = No submission” (មិន check មិនអោយ submit)។

4️⃣ Submission & Approval (Consultant/Client) ▾

Submit ទៅ

• Consultant / Client / Engineer of Record (EOR)

Status (ស្ថានភាព)

• 🟡 Revise & Resubmit (ត្រូវកែ)
• 🟢 Approved for Construction (AFC) (អនុម័តសាងសង់)

Rule: Site គួរសាងសង់តែ Drawing ដែលជា AFC ប៉ុណ្ណោះ។

5️⃣ Site Execution Control (Site Engineer) ▾

Before pouring concrete (Pre-pour check)

• ☐ Rebar matches shop drawing (size/qty/position)
• ☐ Spacing & layer correct (chairs/support installed)
• ☐ Cover block installed (correct thickness)
• ☐ Openings/sleeves/embeds correct and fixed
• ☐ Rebar clean, tied well, no loose bars
• ☐ Photos + inspection record (QC evidence)

Rule: បើ mismatch → Stop work → Clarify (RFI/Engineer) → Correct → Re-check។

• ❌ Copy design drawing as shop drawing (ខ្វះ lap/hook/section/detail)
• ❌ Missing lap / anchorage / hook detail
• ❌ No section cut (site មិនយល់ layer)
• ❌ Rebar congested (ដាក់មិនចូលពេលចាក់បេតុង)
• ❌ Build without AFC drawings
